- Once the order is ready for shipment you will be notified by email about theĀ carrier along with tracking information.
- All products will be delivered to your door-step. (ground floor in case of multi-storied apartments or condominiums)
- For multi-storied apartments,Ā the customer must arrange for moving carts or additional help to carry the mandir to their respective homes.Ā
- Please note, if you receive a damaged or defective outer packing (carton box / wooden crate) by the shipping company, ensure to take a snapshot of the damaged packages and send it to us. For any such damages, we will provide support to fix and or replace the product depending uponĀ theĀ extent of damage (see our return policy below)
